SUP Yoga Classes  

There is nothing more relaxing than zenning out on the water on a SUP board.

Our  1 hr SUP Yoga classes are great for beginners. We start with a dryland yoga warm-up, move to the water for a mindful paddle then finish with some yoga moves on the SUP. The whole goal is to "Nama-stay on the SUP"  ;)

Excellent for balance, coordination, core and overall strength.

Learn to SUP

Stand Up Paddleboarding can be a relaxing and rewarding activity when you feel comfortable on the board.  

Our small class sizes ensure you learn in a safe and efficient environment.  You'll learn the basics of SUPing including equipment orientation and selection, paddling, stroke and turn efficiency as well as self rescue techniques and  dealing with emergency situations.
